Everybody bakes now!

Maybe it's a result of the era of Covid when most people stayed inside looking for things to do and they landed on baking as a hobby. Regardless of the reason, Ella and I have noticed that there are so many talented bakers now. When someone asks for a baker on a facebook page, for cakes or cookies, there is an endless list of responses, either recommending themselves or someone else.

In part, that's a reason we started our online and in house cake classes. With this growing field of bakers, we want to give bakers all the tips, tricks, and techniques we've learned over fourteen years of custom cake work. Plus, we want our attendees to have a fun afternoon of creativity, cakes, and laughter.
